1 Definitions & Applicability

These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a legal agreement between ck244 ("Platform", "we", "us") and registered users of the platform ("User", "you", "your").

1.1 Key Definitions

• "Account" — A user's registered personal profile.
• "Funds" — Money deposited into and withdrawable from a user's account.

2 Eligibility & Registration

2.1 Age Requirement

Users must be at least 21 years of age to create and use an account on the ck244 platform. ck244 reserves the right to verify age, and an account may be suspended until identity is confirmed.

2.2 Single Account Policy

Each user may operate only one account. Creating multiple accounts using the same person, the same device, the same IP address, or the same payment method is strictly prohibited. Violation of this policy will result in all associated accounts being closed and funds may be forfeited.

2.3 Registration Information

All information provided at the time of account registration must be true, accurate, and up to date. Providing incorrect or false information may result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of funds.

2.4 Account Security

• Your login credentials (username and password) must be kept completely confidential.
• You must not allow anyone else to use your account.
• If you suspect unauthorized access, you must notify ck244 support immediately.
• You are solely responsible for all activity that takes place on your account.

3 Deposits & Withdrawals

• Withdrawal requests may only be made to the same payment method used for the original deposit.
• Large withdrawal requests may be delayed if identity verification has not been completed.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirements have been met.
• ck244 reserves the right to suspend and investigate withdrawals on suspicion of fraud.

3.4 Third-Party Payments Prohibited

Depositing or withdrawing using another person's account or card — rather than a payment account registered in your own name — is strictly prohibited.

4 Bonuses & Promotions

4.1 Welcome Bonus

New members making their first deposit at ck244 are eligible for a 120% first-deposit bonus, up to a maximum of ৳20,000.

Example: Deposit ৳1,000 and receive a ৳1,200 bonus — total balance ৳2,200.

4.2 Wagering Requirements

To withdraw the welcome bonus, you must wager 15 times the bonus amount. Wagering is calculated based on the bonus amount only — not the deposit and bonus combined.

Example: ৳1,200 bonus × 15 = complete ৳18,000 in wagers before winnings from the bonus can be withdrawn.

4.3 General Bonus Rules

• The bonus benefit may be claimed only once per account.
• The bonus amount cannot be withdrawn directly — wagering requirements must be fulfilled.
• Funds deposited while a bonus is active may also be tied to the bonus balance.
• ck244 reserves the right to modify or end any promotion for a limited time or without prior notice.
• If misuse or fraud related to a promotion is established, the bonus and associated winnings will be voided.

5 Gaming Conduct & Fair Play

5.1 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in account closure and forfeiture of funds:

• Using software, bots, or automated systems to play games.
• Intentionally exploiting platform bugs or errors.
• Coordinated bonus harvesting across multiple accounts.
• Money laundering or any illegal financial activity.
• Cheating or colluding with other users.

5.2 System Errors & Voided Bets

If a game outcome is affected by a technical error, connectivity issue, or server problem, ck244 reserves the right to void the relevant bet and return the funds. Any payment may be corrected in the event of a clear calculation error.

5.3 Responsible Gaming

6 VIP Program & Cashback

The ck244 VIP program has three tiers. You can move up to a higher tier through regular play:

VIP tier progression depends on a user's regular activity and engagement on the platform. Cashback is credited to eligible accounts at a set time each week. ck244 reserves the right to modify the terms of VIP benefits.

7 Account Suspension & Closure

7.1 Closure at User's Request

A user may request to close their account at any time. The opportunity to withdraw available funds will be provided before closure, however any bonus that has not met its wagering requirements will be forfeited.

7.2 Closure at ck244's Initiative

ck244 may suspend or permanently close any account for the following reasons:

• Violation of the terms and conditions.
• Suspicion of fraudulent or illegal activity.
• Providing false or misleading information.
• Failure to pass age verification.
• Direction from a regulatory or legal authority.

7.3 Inactive Accounts

An account may be marked as inactive if there have been no transactions or logins for an extended period (12 months or more). Please contact the support team regarding the policy applicable to inactive accounts.

9 Limitation of Liability

• Service disruptions caused by unforeseen circumstances (force majeure) such as natural disasters, government directives, or cyberattacks.

In any case, ck244's maximum liability shall be limited to the amount deposited by the user in that transaction.

These terms and conditions constitute the entire agreement between the user and ck244 and replace any previous oral or written understandings.

11.2 Severability

If any part of these terms and conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining parts will remain in full effect.

11.3 No Waiver

If ck244 does not enforce any condition, that does not mean the condition has been abandoned — the right to enforce it at any time in the future is reserved.
